Panel - Agile practices for Drupal projects

Agile practices have become more and more common in the software development industry over the last decade. Drupal presents some challenges to textbook agile practices because you're not always building something from scratch. But it has some benefits too because of the rapid pace of iterations that are possible.

In this session, come hear the experiences of people in the GTA who are using Agile practices to manage their Drupal work. We'll give a brief introduction to Agile techniques, contrasting them with more traditional project management approaches. Then we'll take a look at what the panelists are doing differently from each other, and what practices they have in common. We'll also talk about some best practices for getting started with Agile in your own work.
